Since 2013 we have donated 5,042 Quiltlets to CMC.
A Quiltlet is a small quilt that is just big enough to go over an incubator in the NICU/nursery to keep the light out, aiding in the comfort of preemies/newborns. The Quiltlets are given to the family to take home.
Quiltlets are given to The BirthPlace at Conway Medical Center.
Animal Beds

Since 2015 we have made and donated 1,707 animal beds to the shelter.
Animal beds have given us the opportunity not only to help out the shelter but to recycle scraps and bring comfort to these displaced animals. The exterior of the beds are made from donated upholstery fabrics from a local interior design company. Batting and fabric scraps, donated from ours and other local quilt guilds, are used as fill. This enabling us to keep scraps out of the waste management system!

Since 2016, we have donated 1,185 pillows.
To assist in the comfort of breast cancer patients during treatment and recovery, the Guild holds a sew-in each August to construct these pillows. Creating a progressive assembly we challenge our members to beat previous years' production totals.

In 2018, teaming up with Little River Quilt Guild, we held a challenge to make pink quilt blocks. Over 100 blocks were collected. In March 2019, we had a joint sew-in completing 18 quilt tops using the blocks created.

Twill Quilt Bags

Beginning in 2019, we started making Twill Quilt Bags for the Conway Police Department. When officers enter into a domestic situation, sometimes children are removed from the home. When this happens, they often leave with just a few belongings in a paper or plastic bag. Two members presented the idea of making bags for the CPD to give some comfort to these children, hoping to make a distressing event a little more bearable. They came up with a twill tote bag including a throw sized quilt, a pillow, and a pillow case.
